The form for completing a Departmental Quote Request is below!
We support Tulane University for all departmental purchases for these product lines:
Apple® technology and related accessories.
We are happy to assist you in acquiring your Apple® MacBook, iPad and desktop Mac computers, and AppleCare+® protection plans.
For other technology purchases, please visit the SciQuest eProcurement system.

The Process:
- Tell us what computer or iPad you are looking for, via the form in the next section.
- We will respond with a quote detailing your request, the prices, and any additional information available.
- Once you have received your quote, review it carefully. If it is not precisely what you need, please contact us before proceeding.
- If your quote matches your needs, you must submit payment before proceeding.
We request you pay for your quote by EIT, especially if the quote is over $500.00. Instructions for doing that are here.
If your quote total is less than $1,500, you may opt to pay with Tulane P-Card. To submit your P-card payment, please use this form: https://techconnect.tulane.edu/make-payment.
Once payment is received, please allow up to 48 hours to process your order.
