1) Sign up for an appointment to drop off your computer and hard drive here. (Don't have a backup hard drive? We have them on sale for $20 off!)
2) We will backup your hard drive for you, and email you when your backup is complete.
3) Sign up to come pickup your computer and hard drive here.
4) When you arrive for your pickup, we'd like to take a few minutes to teach you the best strategy for backing up your computer.
